- Strengthen the Board members and placing of
a good team (CEO & Accountant) at FPO level.
- To develop Potential Cluster in consultation
with Govt. line Department and experts.
- Provide handholding support and orienting them
about the Central Sector Scheme and their Ÿ critical role
for Management of FPOs.
- Supporting and monitoring their daily activities
so that a quality FPO can be formed.
- Motivating the team and organizing farmer's
mobilization meetings for increasing the membership and share
capital.
- Ensuring the legal and regulatory compliances
Ÿ are furnished on time.
- Helping the FPOs in preparing documents for
matching grant from NABARD, NCDC and Various sources
- To Prepare Business Plan with FPOs for Income
enhancement of its FPO members

- Organising training programs to improve the
professional acumen on FPO management.
- Technical inputs on Agriculture - like letting
them know how soil testing is conducted at the field.
- Providing product-specific marketing awareness
to the member farmers by involving marketing experts.
- Organizing exposure visits to established and
successful FPOs-for exchange of ideas and Ÿ understanding
best practices.
- Orientation of CEOs and Accountants on book
keeping, register maintenance and other record keeping
- To ensuring regular conducting Board meeting,
Annual General body meeting at FPO level.
- To Guide the FPOs for Cluster development, Aggregation,
Processing, Packaging, Marketing activities in FPO Level.
- Convergence of Various Schemes to FPOs.
